Standard Delivery is currently €8.95 to addresses in Ireland, Northern Ireland. Registered rates are currently €13.00 to Ireland, Northern Ireland & €18.00 for Wales, Scotland and England. For the rest of the World there is a €25 fee. Shipping and delivery charges may change where we run promotions.
Delivery
Barefootshoes.ie will typically ship your order the next working day. Delivery is usually within 7 to 10 days, though delays can occur. If we are unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe you will be notified by email detailing the expected delivery date and/or alternative products. You may then decide to wait for your original product to be delivered, change your order to one of the available alternatives, or cancel your order.
Terms & Conditions for Online Returns
Goods returned must be in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box), with returns form. Available HERE . The product must be unused.
All returns will be inspected. We will send you a confirmation email stating that your return is being processed. The product price will be refunded by the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale i.e. if the product is clearly marked. We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse of the products. Any products of this nature will be returned back to you.
We are happy to exchange sizes, provided the footwear is unworn. You will need to return your first purchase to us, we will inspect them & then send the exchange out to you. Replacements will be sent via ordinary post. If you require your item please inform us. Registered post will be charged for replacement shipments.
If your product is defective in any way or you receive the incorrect product, Please notify us by email straight away at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will replace or refund you for the product. Please note that we do not refund postage costs except in the case of a faulty product or an incorrect delivery.
You should expect to see your refund in your bank within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, however banks may differ. Please email us at [email protected] if you do not receive your refund after 14 working days of receiving our email. Any refunds will be completed by original form of payment.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. You have the right to cancel your order under the consumer contract legislation June 2014. Please refer to citizens advice for further information.
